The comprehensive cost for a psychoeducational evaluation covers various essential components. This includes the initial parent meeting, one hour of record review, travel fees, multiple hours of face-to-face testing, additional hours for scoring, interpretation, and report preparation, and a final parent feedback session.

For those with an approved client referral, there is an opportunity for a reduced evaluation cost. To secure your evaluation appointment, a $250 deposit is required at the end of the initial consultation. The remaining balance is due before or at the final testing session, ensuring that clinicians can present a completed written report during the feedback session.

The comprehensive psychological evaluation process encompasses an initial appointment, preceded by scoring and interpretation of pre-appointment written questionnaire measures. This is followed by face-to-face testing sessions with the examiner, typically spanning one to three hours each, totaling ten to fifteen hours. The testing phase also involves scoring, interpreting results, and preparing an integrative written report. All appointments, except for the in-home evaluation session, will be conducted in a virtual setting. The final report will be completed within 5-7 business days of the in-home evaluation.
